Using this android application "NS GRAD", citizens have the possibility to quickly and easily, through their android phones, report a certain communal problem and forward it for further action to the competent city services and public companies, as well as to receive feedback from the competent city services and public utility companies on problem solving.
Every citizen who has reported a problem has the opportunity to monitor the status of his application, i.e.
ticket, where the system sends notifications in case of any changes to the same.
Citizens who use the application in question can be informed about all important events and initiatives carried out by the Citys polling bodies on specific issues through it.NS Grad application is a service that enables two-way communication between citizens and city services and public utility companies.* Every citizen has the possibility to download the application from the "Google Play" store* A citizen (hereinafter: user) registers his account through the application and accesses the system/application* The user has the possibility to fill in and change the data on his user account* The user has the option of making an application, where he enters the necessary data through the displayed form and submits the application* The user has an overview of all his applications that he has submitted, both resolved and those in the process* The user has the option of supplementing information and communicating with the authorities through a special section within the submitted application* The user receives notifications from the server for every activity on the application, as well as for direct messages/notifications sent by the City authorities* The user has the opportunity to express his opinion on the questions in the polls set by the City authorities.
Communal problems and other irregularities in the domain of communal activities are reported via the NS Grad application in connection with:* Traffic (damage to traffic surfaces, damage to horizontal and vertical signage, damage to the system that is on the public surface, impenetrable intersection due to overgrown greenery and bushes, damage to public surfaces and taxi stands, registration of taxi carriers, non-observance of JGSP timetable);* Cleanliness (improper waste disposal, wild landfills, overflowing municipal waste disposal containers, damage to waste disposal containers);* Greenery (unmown grass, overgrown ragweed, unpruned trees, other improper use or damage to public green space);* Communal equipment (defective public lighting, damaged urban furniture, planters, bollards, childrens playgrounds);* Animal hygiene (removal of carcasses of dead animals, removal of abandoned dogs and cats from public areas, deficiencies in the conditions and methods of keeping domestic animals);* House rules (non-observance of house rules, working hours of catering establishments).
